STRFÖRBPLBV 2069A

STRFÖRBPLBV 2026A is a modified verion of the Bandvagn 206, designed to provide emergency medical care during active combat operations. Essentially, it's like a small mobile field hospital. 

The 2069A was developed at I19 in Boden to operate in subarctic environments, allowing for quick setup and relocation of the medical post. Only four units were ever built. 

Setting up a medical post using the 2069A was supposed to take no more than 30 minutes (although experienced crews often worked faster), and breaking down the post for relocation was to take no more than 45 minutes. 

The rear cabin is equipped with medical equipment and features a tent that can be extended to provide additional sheltered space. Inside the cabin, emergency surgeries can be performed if necessary to stabilize the wounded for further transport to a field hospital. 
The medical capacity allows care for 50 wounded per day over the course of three days, and up to 8 wounded (one seriously injured) per hour. The crew of the 2069A includes 1 doctor, 2 nurses, paramedics, and medical transporters. 

The 2069A was primarily used with armored battalions, with two 2069As assigned to each battalion.
