Command all-terrain vehicle 1313 B is a variant of TGB 11/13, a terrain vehicle designed to replace Personnel all-terrain vehicle 903 - "Valpen".
The command all-terrain vehicle has a communication cabin/compartment, equipped for telephone communication. Both radio and telephone communication could be handled in the field.  

The TGB 13 is very similar to the TGB 11, but it has three axles. Although the vehicle normally only drives on the rear wheels, the front wheels can be engaged to provide all-wheel drive in challenging conditions. The TGB 13 is also one meter longer than the TGB 11 in the rear section.
