BROTGB 9572

Bridge-laying all-terrain vehicle 9572 - "Anteater". With deck bridge 200./Broterrängbil 9572 - "Myrsloken". Med däckbro 200.

Bridge-laying all-terrain vehicle 9572 is developed from Scania's load-carrying all-terrain vehicle 957, which were constructed between 1960 and 1962. These off-road vehicles were referred to as "Myrsloken" (the "Anteater")
In the 1980s, several of these vehicles were renovated and converted into Bridge-laying all-terrain vehicle 9572, which could also be used as a crane and recovery vehicle.

BROTGB 9572 is used to handle the Deck Bridge 200, Pontoon 100, and flatbed trailers. Both the bridge and pontoon can be loaded and unloaded on land and in water. Our example of BROTGB 9572 is currently loaded with a Deck Bridge 200.

The Bridge-laying all-terrain vehicle 9572 has three axles, with differential locks on all of them. It should normally be driven in rear-wheel drive, but if needed, all-wheel drive can be engaged for effective six-wheel drive. It is suitable for both road driving and off-road terrain.

With 220 horsepower and a straight, turbocharged 6-cylinder diesel engine, the BROTGB 9572 is a powerhouse.
